I am thrilled with the restoration work done on my chair. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and they completely brought the piece back to life. They replaced a spring, the foam and the lining that covers the springs. I did not want fabric replaced since the leather has gotten nice soft with use. On top of the amazing quality, I found their pricing to be very fair for the level of service provided. They were professional, convenient, and the final result exceeded my expectations. If you need leather or upholstery repair, this is the place to go!
A leather saddle mirror was restored. They did a very good job considering how old the leather was.
I couldn’t be happier with the leather restoration done on my chair and ottoman! The 30-year old pieces were stained by hair oils, dirty in places, and overall very dried out and faded. I doubted it could be restored and anticipated the leather would have to be replaced. By just looking at a picture they knew what needed to be done and assured me the leather could be saved. I expected some improvement, but what I got looked like brand new pieces! All the stain issues were thoroughly corrected, the chair was restored to its original color, and is now supple and well moisturized. Amazing! The cost was very reasonable, a small fraction of what it would cost to replace this fine piece of furniture. All of this was accomplished in about a week, with their pickup and delivery, making for a very easy customer experience. I highly recommend them!

Wonderful customer service and great communication. Very reasonably priced and my bag looks brand new. Also love the convenience of being able to ship the bag to them and have it shipped back. Will certainly be a return customer and I am VERY particular about my bags!

They did an excellent job on my recliner and it was a motorized lift chair. Very heavy chair and they returned it looking great and functional. I am very pleased!
