Terms of Service
Effective Date: September 9, 2026These Terms of Service (“Terms”) cover our website, service communications, and repair, restoration, upholstery, pickup, delivery, and related services provided by Nexus LLC, doing business as Leather Repair and Upholstery Shop - Lerega.com and also using the brand names Leather Repair Gallery and Lerega (“Nexus LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Acceptance and Eligibility
Order terms apply when presented to and accepted by you in connection with an order. The SMS provisions in Section 10 describe our messaging program, including conversations before an order is placed, and are presented with the SMS opt-in disclosure. Accepting order terms does not constitute SMS consent. Merely visiting our website, requesting an estimate, or choosing text updates does not require you to purchase services.
You must be at least 18 years old and must own the item or have authority from its owner to approve the work. Training courses and other services outside repair, restoration, and upholstery may be governed by separate written terms.
2. Estimates and Scope of Work
An estimate based on photographs or a description is preliminary unless we expressly state otherwise. A physical inspection may reveal hidden damage, previous repairs, deterioration, material limitations, or additional work.
Before work begins, we will provide or confirm in writing the approved scope, price, applicable taxes, material charges, transportation charges, payment schedule, and any project-specific warranty. We will not perform additional chargeable work without your approval.
If inspection reveals an unexpected condition, we will explain the issue and available options. If you do not approve a revised scope or cost, we will stop at a reasonable point and arrange return or pickup, subject only to previously approved work and nonrecoverable costs, and to applicable law.
Project-specific terms stated in an accepted estimate or order control over conflicting general language in these Terms. These Terms do not retroactively alter an earlier accepted order.
3. Restoration Results and Materials
Restoration is intended to improve an item’s condition, appearance, or function, but does not necessarily return an item to factory-new condition. Age, existing damage, previous treatments, material deterioration, and unavailable original components may affect the result. Exact color, grain, texture, sheen, pattern, or finish matching cannot always be achieved.
We will disclose reasonably foreseeable limitations that are material to the proposed work before approval. Photographs of other projects are examples and do not guarantee an identical result.
Any material substitution or change that materially affects the approved result or price requires your approval. Customer-supplied materials remain subject to their own quality, quantity, suitability, and manufacturer limitations. We will identify reasonably apparent concerns before use, but we do not warrant defects inherent in customer-supplied material.
4. Scheduling and Access
Completion and appointment dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Material availability, curing time, hidden damage, weather, access restrictions, and carrier delays may affect timing. We will communicate material schedule changes and available options.
For on-site work, you must provide lawful access and a reasonably safe, usable workspace. Please disclose stairs, elevators, gated access, parking restrictions, pets, building rules, unusual weight, disassembly requirements, or other conditions that may affect service.
5. Pickup, Delivery, and Shipping
Pickup, delivery, mail-in service, and insurance depend on the accepted order. Free pickup or delivery applies only when expressly included in writing. Transportation charges and material handling requirements will be disclosed before approval.
Do not bring or ship an item without confirmed instructions. Our mailing address is not a general public drop-off location.
Before shipment, we will confirm the shipping method and any agreed declared value or insurance arrangement. We do not represent that every item or shipment is automatically insured. Carrier claims are subject to the carrier’s terms and applicable coverage. Nothing in these Terms excuses responsibility that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
6. Payments
Accepted payment methods may include Square, Stripe, Venmo, Zelle, check, or cash, as stated in the order or invoice. Applicable taxes, deposits, material charges, and the remaining balance will be disclosed before approval.
An order does not create a subscription, automatic renewal, or recurring service charge. Do not send full card numbers or card security codes through email, text message, or a general website form.
Any payment-processing fee charged by us will be disclosed before you select the payment method and will be applied only where permitted by law and provider rules.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
You may request cancellation through the service communication channel used for your order or by emailing craft@lerega.com.
If you cancel before work begins and before we incur an approved material or third-party cost, we will refund the amount paid. If approved work or purchases have begun, we will provide an itemized explanation of completed work and reasonable nonrecoverable costs that were disclosed and authorized, and refund any remaining balance.
If we cancel and cannot provide the agreed service, we will refund amounts paid for services or materials not provided to you, subject to applicable law. Refunds are generally initiated within 10 business days after the refundable amount is determined. A bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
This section does not limit any non-waivable cancellation, refund, chargeback, or consumer right, including any right that may apply to a transaction made at a customer’s home.
8. Warranty and Service Concerns
Any express warranty—including its duration, covered work, exclusions, and available remedies—will be stated in writing in the accepted estimate, order, invoice, or warranty document. The warranty applicable to your project is the warranty specifically provided for that project. The period for which we retain project records is not a promise that every project carries a warranty for that length of time.
Report a concern promptly to craft@lerega.com and provide available order details and photographs. We will evaluate the concern, arrange an inspection where reasonably necessary, and discuss an appropriate remedy under the applicable warranty and law.
Normal wear, new damage, misuse, improper cleaning or conditioning, failure to follow written aftercare instructions, damage caused by third parties, and conditions outside the approved scope are evaluated separately and are not automatically treated as defective workmanship.
These Terms do not exclude non-waivable warranties or remedies. Refusing promotional use of photographs, declining text messages, or exercising a privacy right does not void an otherwise applicable warranty.
9. Photographs and Privacy
We may photograph an item for evaluation, condition documentation, work planning, completion records, and warranty support as described in our Privacy Policy.
Accepting these Terms does not authorize public or promotional use of project photographs. Publication on our website, social-media pages, marketplace profiles, or advertising requires separate, optional permission. Declining that permission does not affect service, price, or warranty.
10. Service Communications and SMS Terms
Program and Message Types
Lerega Service Updates is operated by Nexus LLC, doing business as Leather Repair and Upholstery Shop - Lerega.com. We use Twilio to send and receive SMS and MMS. Messages may be sent by staff or automated service systems.
The program concerns your requested inquiry, order, or related support: project-photo requests, requested estimates and approvals, appointment reminders and changes, invoice or payment-status notices, pickup and delivery arrangements, work progress, and customer or warranty support. We do not send advertising, promotions, newsletters, or marketing by SMS/MMS or email.
Consent and Customer-Initiated Conversations
For ongoing service updates, enter your mobile number and actively select the separate, optional SMS checkbox on our website. It is not selected in advance. The disclosure explains the message types and provides these Terms and the Privacy Policy before you choose. Providing a telephone number, submitting an inquiry, purchasing services, or accepting general terms does not by itself authorize SMS enrollment.
If you text us first, we may reply about that inquiry within the conversation. This does not enroll you in subsequent recurring notifications, including non-promotional order updates. We obtain a separate opt-in before starting those notifications. Consent belongs to the person who provides it and is limited to Nexus LLC and the disclosed service-related subject. A past order does not authorize messages about unrelated matters or every future order. We request fresh consent when the subject changes or an inactive relationship is resumed as necessary to keep consent current.
You must provide a mobile number that you control and tell us if it changes or is reassigned. Consent to SMS/MMS is not a condition of purchase. You may request service and communicate by email or telephone without enrolling in text updates. Declining or stopping texts does not cancel an order or an otherwise applicable warranty.
Frequency, Charges, and Sender Identification
Message frequency varies with your inquiry or order. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. We do not charge a separate fee for participation in this messaging program.
Our initial outbound message will identify Lerega and include instructions to reply STOP to opt out. Except for follow-up messages within an ongoing conversation, our messages will clearly identify Lerega as the sender.
Stopping Messages, Rejoining, and Help
Reply STOP at any time to withdraw SMS/MMS consent. You may also email craft@lerega.com or make another clear request to stop. We stop further messages upon processing your request, except for one non-promotional confirmation of the opt-out. This applies to staff messages and automated messages.
We will not resume SMS/MMS unless you provide new express written consent. Electronic consent can qualify. If you want to rejoin after opting out, review the current program disclosure and send START or UNSTOP to the same messaging number, or contact craft@lerega.com for assistance with the re-enrollment process. A website selection alone does not remove a carrier or messaging-provider block; the provider’s reactivation process must also be completed. Rejoining does not authorize marketing or unrelated messages.
For assistance, reply HELP or email craft@lerega.com. If texting is blocked after an opt-out, use email for help. Please do not send payment-card details, passwords, or unrelated sensitive information by SMS or MMS.
Delivery and Privacy
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability, network conditions, and device compatibility and is not guaranteed. If a time-sensitive service message is not acknowledged, contact us at craft@lerega.com.
Mobile information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not transfer messaging consent to another sender. Opt-in data and consent are disclosed only to messaging providers and delivery partners as necessary to operate and support the service, or when legally required. See Section 4 of our Privacy Policy for the information processed through Twilio and the restrictions that apply.
11. Website Use
You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website or CRM security, introduce malicious code, misuse forms, or submit information or material you are not authorized to provide.
General website content is educational and is not a project-specific assessment or guarantee. Our original website text, graphics, branding, and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain applicable rights in material you provide to us.
We welcome honest feedback. Nothing in these Terms prohibits truthful reviews, lawful complaints, communications with regulators, or the exercise of consumer rights.
12. Disclaimers and Responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for conditions that were not reasonably detectable before work, inherent defects, ordinary deterioration, or failures caused by customer-supplied materials, misuse, or work performed by others. This does not limit responsibility for our negligence, willful misconduct, breach of an express written commitment, or any responsibility that cannot legally be limited.
We do not exclude or limit liability through a fixed monetary cap in these Terms. Any responsibility for loss or damage will be determined under the accepted order and applicable law.
13. Resolving Concerns and Governing Law
Please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve a concern directly. These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration and do not waive access to a court or a government agency.
Texas law governs these Terms to the extent permitted by law, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections or jurisdictional rights available under another applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms for future orders. A revision does not change a previously accepted order without agreement or as required by law. For material changes to the messaging program, we provide appropriate notice and obtain new consent when required. Posting revised Terms does not expand existing SMS consent. The effective date above identifies the current version.
